VENDOR AND FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION
The American Fork Chamber of Commerce handles all vendor registrations for Steel Days. This year we are excited to give vendors even more opportunities and better value! The events below are listed in chronological order.
Note for Food Vendors: If your specific category is full, please DO NOT register under a category that does not fit your business. Instead, send an email or text to verify what opportunities are still available. Most events are SOLD OUT.

REFUND SCHEDULE:
Cancelation 60+ days before the event (before May 18, 2026): Full Refund
Cancelation 30-60 days before the event (before June 18, 2026): 50% Refund
Cancelation within 30 days of the event (after June 18, 2026): NO REFUND
Steel Days vendors who are members of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce receive discounted registration rates-often covering a significant portion of their annual membership investment in a single event.

• $150/year for home-based businesses
• $250/year for brick-and-mortar businesses

Vendor Registration for the Car Show

Saturday, July 18, 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Steel Days Car Show is a fun, long-standing tradition with hundreds of classic cars and vehicles on display. Thousands of people attend the Car Show and the Cruise on Main event that caps off the day. 

FOOD VENDOR: Non-chamber Member $200.00, Chamber Member $130.00 - SOLD OUT
Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks/Vendors and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. If you choose your food type and are allowed to pay and complete the registration, then your spot is reserved. The committee will then review your application and either send you an acceptance email or will send you a denial email and issue a full refund.

NON-FOOD VENDOR: Non-chamber Member $100.00, Chamber Member $65.00
The Car Show offers an opportunity for local businesses to reach hundreds of potential customers, increase their brand awareness, connect with the community, and grow their business. Vendors selling goods or services or non-profit organizations with a mission to have a positive impact on the community are invited to participate. Booth space is for selling merchandise or business marketing purposes only and every participating vendor must have a valid business license.

Vendor Registration for the Fair and Drone Show
Saturday, July 18, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - SOLD OUT
The Steel Days Fair and Drone Show is an extremely popular event that we are excited to do again in 2026! Beginning at 5:00 p.m., there will be activities for families, including bounce houses, a petting zoo, face painting, airbrush tattoos, henna tattoos, and a balloon twister. The Drone Show will begin at approximately 9:45 p.m. and will last about 23 minutes. We are only accepting applications for Food Vendors. We will be holding a Youth Entrepreneur Market for all other types of vendors during the Fair which is reserved exclusively for Youth Entrepreneurs.

Vendor Registration for the Youth Entrepreneur Market (Youth Only)
Saturday, July 18, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We are introducing a brand-new event this year as part of the Steel Days Fair! The Youth Entrepreneur Market will run from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and vendor spaces will be assigned by the Steel Days Committee. The YEM offers an opportunity for youth businesses ("youth" is defined as any person from elementary school to having just graduated from high school in 2026) to reach thousands of potential customers, increase their brand awareness, connect with the community, and learn essential business principles. Vendors selling goods or services or non-profit organizations with a mission to have a positive impact on the community are invited to participate. Booth space is for selling merchandise, wares, or business marketing purposes only.
NON-FOOD VENDOR: Non-chamber Member $30.00, Chamber Member FREE*
*If a parent or relative of the Youth Entrepreneur works for or owns a business that is a member of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce, there is no cost to reserve a booth space.

Food Vendor Registration for the Day at the Beach/Marina
Monday, July 20, 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - SOLD OUT
We are starting a NEW tradition for Steel Days and look forward to hosting thousands of people attend at the American Fork Marina for our Day at the Beach/Marina! We will be partnering with the Utah Lake Authority for some friendly competition both on the lake and beach. Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. If you choose your food type and are allowed to pay and complete the registration, then your spot is reserved. The committee will then review your application and either send you an acceptance email or will send you a denial email and issue a full refund.

Vendor Registration for Kids Splash Night
The Steel Days Kids Splash Night is a fun and extremely popular event where thousands of kids get to enjoy wet bounce houses, a foam pit, a dunk tank, and getting hosed down by a fire truck from the American Fork Fire Department!

Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. Vendor Registration for the Food and Vendor Market by the Carnival

Thursday, July 23, 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Friday, July 24, 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 25, 1:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Great news! We are adding a full day to our Food & Vendor Market! We will be doing a Battle of the Bands competition on Thursday, July 23rd, and we want you there as a part of the festivities! Of course, we will still have American Fork's Got Talent and Movie in the Park on Friday, July 24th, and we'll cap off the festivities with the Live Entertainment, Big Show, and Fireworks on Saturday, July 25th. Steel Days is a long-time tradition in American Fork, and we will see tens of thousands of people come through the park over the course of those three days.

Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Food booths will be placed as you arrive as well. NON-FOOD VENDOR-CRAFT/HANDMADE/ARTISAN/NON-PROFIT: 
Non-chamber Member $180.00, Chamber Member $115.00
NON-FOOD VENDOR-COMMERCIAL: 
Non-chamber Member $270.00, Chamber Member $175.00
We are dividing out the categories this year! A Craft Vendor is a business or individual offering products that are primarily handmade or personally created by the vendor while a Commercial Vendor is any business that is selling goods or services that are NOT handmade (more details are provided on the application). Each booth space is approx. 10' x 10'. If you need more space, then you must pay for each additional booth space that you would like to use. You will be assigned a booth space for the Steel Days Food and Vendor Market and then be notified of the space number. We will do everything in our power to make sure your assigned booth space is your actual space for the event. (If changes occur, we will put you as close to your desired space as possible.) Please be aware that Steel Days does not jury booth items; therefore, competitors selling same products might be located in the same area. The more detail you put in your application, the better we are able to keep "like products" from being close to each other.
