For 36 years, the Steel Days Quilt Show has celebrated craftsmanship, creativity, and the tradition of quilting in our community. Organized by the dedicated members of the New Friends Quilt Circle as a community service project, this beloved event highlights the incredible time, talent, and heart that local quilters stitch into every piece. While the Circle hosts the show, anyone is welcome to enter their quilts and share their work. This free community event features stunning quilts of all styles and skill levels, from intricate heirloom pieces to bold, modern designs.

  • Multiple awards are presented, including the prestigious Utah Quilt Guild Best of Show Award
Whether you’re an experienced quilter, an admirer of handmade artistry, or simply someone who appreciates tradition and detail, the Quilt Show is a must-see Steel Days experience. Come be inspired by the stories told in every stitch.
Hours of the Quilt Show exhibit are Thursday and Friday, July 23rd and 24th, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 25th, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the American Fork Senior Center.

Tuesday, July 14: Quilt Drop-off from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (AF Senior Center)
Thursday, July 23: Quilt Show Open from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (AF Senior Center)
Friday, July 24: Quilt Show Open from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (AF Senior Center)
Saturday, July 25: Quilt Show Open from 12:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (AF Senior Center)
Saturday, July 25: Quilt Pick Up from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (AF Senior Center)
