Celebrate creativity, imagination, and the incredible artistic talent found throughout our community at the 2026 Steel Days Art Show! Hosted in partnership with the Timpanogos Arts Foundation, this annual showcase invites artists of all ages and experience levels to share their work as part of one of American Fork’s favorite community traditions. The Steel Days Art Show will be displayed at the American Fork Library throughout Steel Days week, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to explore a wide variety of artwork created by talented local artists. From paintings and photography to sculpture, digital art, ceramics, mixed media, and more, the exhibit highlights the creativity and artistic spirit that make our community unique.
This event is designed not only to showcase local talent, but also to encourage participation from artists of all backgrounds and ages while strengthening the connection between the arts community and the rest of the city. Whether you are an experienced artist, a first-time exhibitor, or someone who simply appreciates creativity, the Steel Days Art Show is an inspiring experience you won’t want to miss.
The week will culminate with a special Artist Reception & Awards Ceremony on Thursday, July 23 at 6:00 p.m. at Robinson Park, where outstanding artists and audience favorites will be recognized. The Art Show it free to attend and open to the public.
All local artists are encouraged to participate.

Registration Closes: Friday, July 17 at Midnight
Registration will be available through links on both the Timpanogos Arts Foundation and Steel Days websites. Please note that all registrations are final and NO REFUNDS will be issued. All registration fees will go toward artist prizes and awards.

Adults: $10 per entry
Youth: $5 per entry

  • Saturday, July 25 | 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Any artwork not picked up by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday will be stored by Timp Arts through August 22 for a $10 storage fee.

Art Entry Rules
Registration required by Friday, July 17 at midnight
Limit 3 entries per artist
AI-generated artwork is not permitted
Artwork must be family-friendly and appropriate for public displayTwo-Dimensional Artwork Requirements
All 2-D artwork must include secure D-ring picture hangers and multifilament picture wire attached to the frameArtwork on paper must be matted and covered with glass
Artwork may not exceed 30x40 inches (including frame)
Entries may not exceed 25 pounds
Improperly prepared artwork may be disqualified from displayAdditional exhibit and hanging requirements will be provided during registration.
All Three-Dimensional and Conceptual Art
All 3-D and Conceptual Artwork should be self-standing or ready to hang
All artwork must be stable
Artwork must not exceed 36x72x36 inches
​Art Release:  Art release will be Saturday, July 25 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  All artwork not picked up during that time will be taken to the Art Center on 53 W. Main St., American Fork and be charged a $10 storage fee. Artwork left at the Art Center after 30 days will become the property of the Timpanogos Arts Foundation.
