Join us on Tuesday, July 21 at the American Fork Fitness Center (454 N. Center St.) for our Steel Days Fitness Festival featuring four FREE community classes designed to get you energized and inspired.

Zumba, High Fitness & Surge, and Line Dancing will take place in the north parking lot of the Fitness Center, turning the space into a high-energy outdoor workout party. Yoga & Sound Bath will be held on the grassy area across from the Fitness Center parking lot, creating the perfect peaceful setting to stretch, breathe, and recharge. Whether you’re looking to sweat, dance, reset, or simply try something new, there’s something for everyone, and it’s completely FREE.
